1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions voided, deposits refunded, and winnings forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction

3. Account Registration

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 1000 Spins will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in EUR via Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Cashlib, iDEAL, Interac, Pix, Bitcoin, ETH, Litecoin, USDT, Dogecoin, and SOL. The minimum deposit is €10 for card and e-wallet methods and €15 for cryptocurrency. Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are €400 per day and €6,000 per month. VIP players may withdraw up to €1,500 per day and €20,000 per month. Monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals are processed. Required documents include proof of identity, proof of address, and payment method verification. Submit documents through Settings - Account Verification or email to [email protected].

5.3 Processing Times

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed same day after internal review. Network confirmation adds 10 to 60 minutes. Card and e-wallet withdrawals take 24 to 72 hours from submission.

5.4 Rollover Requirement

A 1x deposit rollover is required before withdrawal of deposit funds not associated with a bonus. If you withdraw without completing the rollover, a processing fee may apply. Completing the rollover before withdrawing avoids this charge.

6. Bonus Terms

6.1 Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, and device. Welcome offers are mutually exclusive - select casino, crypto VIP, or sports. Operators reserve the right to modify or withdraw bonuses at any time.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Withdrawal During Active Bonus

Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus has incomplete wagering will void the bonus and any associated winnings. Your original deposit amount is retained and can be withdrawn subject to verification and rollover requirements.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Players may not use software, tools, bots, or strategies designed to manipulate or gain unfair advantage in games. Collusion, chip dumping, and coordinated bonus abuse are prohibited. 1000 Spins reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where prohibited activities are detected. Suspected fraud or financial crime will be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Dormant Accounts

An account becomes dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. Advance notice will be provided by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormant accounts can be reactivated by logging in and making a deposit, or by contacting [email protected].

9. Dispute Resolution

10. Governing Law
